The company is guided by the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" in matters of return and exchange of goods of proper quality.
In accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the company may refuse consumers to exchange and return goods of proper quality if they are classified as categories specified in the current List of unsold goods of proper quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
